* Personal Bookings - A minimum booking of 50 Minute is required, booking under 1 hour will be charged a call out fee.

 

* Group / Event Bookings - Therapist are subject to availability, to avoid any inconvenience, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to the event.

* For bookings greater than 20km from the Melbourne CBD. Upon booking, your location will be assessed, and you will be informed of the travel costs.

 

* Sundays, Public Holidays or Treatment take place before 8:30am or after 8:30pm will attract an extra 20% surcharge
