Eau De What?
Ever been curious about those 3 letters on the bottom of each perfume bottle?
Here we simply make it more easier to understand.
EDP = Eau de Parfum: Lasts 4 to 8 hours. 8% - 15% perfume oil.
EDT = Eau de Toilette: Lasts 3 to 6 hours. 4% - 10% perfume oil.
EDC = Eau de Cologne: Lasts up to 3 hours. 2% - 5% perfume oil.
A/S = After Shave: Lasts 2 to 3 hours. 3% or less perfume oil. How do you know when your perfume is out of date? It doesn't smell quite right, colour changes or cloudy looking
*Perfumes are often quoted as lasting for two years, but in reality the perfume can last for decades. If they are made from good ingredients and they are stored properly. *A 50 ml bottle if sprayed once per day could last for 2 years. (Spray twice per day? Half that amount = 1 year) Remember to store your fragrance in a dark place with cool steady temperature.
